These are great for helping you sleep at night. I really can’t tell Ive taken one but I do fall asleep quicker and I stay asleep all night. No grogginess the next day. Perfect for my wife and I. We really don’t want to feel any kind of “buzz.” We simply want to fall asleep and stay asleep and as you get older this sometimes seems to become much more difficult to achieve.
Haven’t tried them yet. But the 5 stars is for the unbelievably great customer service and communication. I have purchased other products from Chillclouds and I’ve been very happy with the quality and value. I recommend them to all my friends.
